3. SMS Communications and Text Messaging
SMS Data Sharing Policy

Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Regardless of branding, Sakura BPO is the operator of the form and the sender of any subsequent SMS communications. By submitting your information through any Sakura BPO-operated form, this Privacy Policy applies.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
