3. SMS Communications and Text Messaging

SMS Data Sharing Policy

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages including appointment reminders, callback notifications, and case status updates.

Message Frequency

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

5. Co-Branded Intake Forms

Sakura BPO operates legal intake forms on behalf of law firms. These forms may be branded or co-branded with the name of the referring law firm. Regardless of branding, Sakura BPO is the operator of the form and the sender of any subsequent SMS communications. By submitting your information through any Sakura BPO-operated form, this Privacy Policy applies.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
